Driven mad by the rigors of King Gills war Baron Neptune petitioned Gills for the means to launch new attacks into the very heart of the Democracy.
The King saw this as an advantageous way attack the more fortified inland Democracy cities and spread the fear among the Democracy population that no where is safe from his reach.
To do this Gills has equipped his loyal courtier with a mech suit with which to battle potential Bot resistance.
Not as large or powerful as the CRAB, Neptune is faster and more agile. This is partly due to the improved interface and also partly due to Neptune’s growing madness and synergy with the mech. Indeed, after each battle it becomes harder and harder for Neptune to break the link with the suit.
