Shop at Traders Galaxy with Confidence

Traders Galaxy is essentially a one-man band and I share my time with a day job and a very supportive family.

As you can probably tell, I love making great miniatures and games.  I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and information regarding ordering from Traders Galaxy below.

• As the owner of Traders Galaxy, I personally pick, pack, and send all orders.  I also answer all emails etc should you have an enquiry about your order.
• I usually pick and pack every Sunday and every Tuesday and then mail out the orders the following day.
• All payment is via Paypal, you can pay via Credit Card, but this also goes through Paypal processing.
• You cannot order without creating an account with your shipping details.
• When you order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a request to subscribe to the Traders Galaxy newsletter (sent approximately once per month)
• When I pick your order, I will send a shipping confirmation email.  All items are sent tracked post, but I do not send out the tracking numbers automatically due to the additional admin.
• If you order $160usd or more a Free Shipping box will appear on your shopping cart page.  Tick this to receive free shipping.
• For smaller orders, shipping in Australia is approximately $10usd.  All other countries range between $20 and $24usd for the first item.  After the first item, the shipping goes up by $2-$3usd per item.
• Shipping takes approximately 10-15 working days to Europe and the USA and less time to Asia and New Zealand.
• There is free trade between most countries from Australia, however Europe and the UK may sometimes have a tax charge payable at your post office.  The USA have no charges.
• All sales revenue goes back into the development of new and exciting miniatures and game materials for Traders Galaxy.
• If you are based in Australia, all prices should be shown in Australian dollars (Aud), if you are based anywhere else in the world, all prices will be displayed in US Dollars (Usd).

Traders Galaxy Miniatures

• Traders Galaxy makes some of the best resin miniatures in the world,  cleaning the resin miniatures is very easy.  A simple wash with soap water is enough to remove any mould release agent that may still be present.
• We supply Resin, Metal and few Polypropylene plastic miniatures.  All of these require super glue for assembly.  Our Metal miniatures are 100% lead free.  Our Polypropylene plastics are no longer being made but at the time of writing this are still available, these require a wash and a good superglue to assemble.  Do not use plastic glue.
• The miniatures are all supplied in foil zip lock packs with the appropriate black plastic bases.
• Traders Galaxy does offer some 3D printing files on this website, but we have a much larger range and a Tribes subscription service on our MyMiniFactory page for 3D print files.
